Groundhog Year


Insanity was described by Einstein as:

“Doing the same thing over and over again but expecting different results”.

It’s easy to do.

You’ve probably set plans for this year, prepared a budget, perhaps even thought about some BHAG’s (ask me what that is if you don’t know).


But it’s YOU that needs to change if you want to affect change. If YOU don’t change, you’ll behave in the same way and deliver the same results.

Which may be great because everything is exactly on track to where you want it to be…

Or not…

“Watch your actions, they become your habits; watch your habits, they become your character; watch your character, it becomes your destiny”.

If you want to be less overwhelmed, you can be –change your behaviours.

If you want to break free of Groundhog Day/week/month/year and make real progress – change your behaviours.

If you want to shift from being run by your business to running your business – you guessed it – change your behaviours.

It isn’t easy.

Change rarely is.
