So – how can I help you?

The problem with “business coaching” as a term is that it means naff all, really.

So if you’ve forgotten what working together is like, here’s some practical examples of how we’ve added value to our clients every day – I say “We” because Kay is more involved in the business, bringing her unique skills, experience and knowledge to the table too.

  • You can use us to make sure you’re focusing on the right stuff that’ll make the biggest difference

  • You can tap into our experience – we’ve been running businesses for decades so we know A LOT about what and what not to do
  • Team development sessions, whether that’s quarterly team meetings or help with structure, we can do that

So, how does it work?

We’ll begin with a kickstart session so we can understand exactly where you’re at right now. That will be here, come for the morning or afternoon, have lunch or dinner, or both. I’ll even throw in chocolate biscuits and a Forest mug if I can find one at the charity shop.

We’ll put a plan together that meets YOUR definition of success.

We’ll meet in whatever way suits you best to achieve that plan.

There’s no contracts, I work on a rolling subscription service basis. I’ve had clients for 5,6 years now, they keep coming back, month after month.

There’s no set times when we can speak, drop me a WhatsApp and we’ll chat – if I’m with a client (or on the golf course) I’ll get back to you – I speak to some clients every week, others barely at all, everyone is different so if you wanted a regular time to meet, we can do that.

I like to do fun stuff with fun people so you’ll get invitations to those events too. We have a charity walk, a day at Ascot, BBQ’s and drinks arranged this year already – all of this is included.

You’ll get invitations to our Locker Room client days, topic based with drinks and dinner afterwards – again, all included. These days are about problem solving, education, sharing ideas and being challenged – it’s NOT a mastermind. Not every comes to every meeting (some don’t get invitations) – it’s an added bonus on top of what we do 1:1.

Mostly, I’ll just work with you to get the business where you want it to be BUT for clarity – I’ll be working with you, Lorraine – what we do is personal, not functional.

Oh – fees. I’ll honour what we charged last year. £750/month. That’s it, no extras.
