Leadership can feel quite lonely
You are the one people come to. You are expected to have answers. And there isn't always an obvious place to think things through properly.
Not with your team because some of it involves them.
Not with your manager because you want to appear capable.
Not with the people at home because you are tired of bringing it back with you.
What you actually need is somewhere you can talk honestly. Slow things down. Make sense of what's going on — without performance, without judgement and without having to have all the answers before you walk through the door.
That's what the Locker Room is.
How it works
Regular coaching. Honest conversations. Real support.
The Locker Room is ongoing one-to-one coaching with Ash.
It's not a structured programme with a fixed curriculum or a one-off session you have to make count. It's regular coaching that responds to what's actually happening for you right now.
Sometimes you'll come with something specific, such as a decision you are sitting with, a situation with someone in your team, or a conversation you've been avoiding. Other times it'll be less clear than that. Just a sense that things feel heavier than they should.
We start there.
Over time, something tends to shift. You start to see situations more clearly without overthinking them, trust your own judgement more, and you become less reactive and more deliberate. The pressure doesn't disappear but it becomes more manageable, and you start to feel less alone in it.
The optional group sessions
Included in your monthly coaching is access to optional group round table sessions with other business owners. Not networking events but honest conversations with a small group navigating similar challenges from completely different backgrounds.
You don't have to attend every session. Some months you'll want to, others you won't. The option's always there.
By the end, leadership won’t feel like something you’re trying to keep up with.
What changes
What people notice over time.
“I thought it was just me. Sitting in the room with other people and realising they were dealing with exactly the same things — that was worth more than I expected.”

The investment
Straightforward pricing.
A monthly commitment that gives you regular access to coaching and the option of group sessions, without locking you into a long-term contract.
Not sure this is the right fit?
The Locker Room and the Total Leader Academy work differently. Both work.
Some people come to the Locker Room first and find it's exactly what they need, long term. Regular coaching, the occasional group session, steady progress.
Others find that through regular coaching they become ready for something more structured, and they move across to the Total Leader Academy when the time feels right.
The difference is this: the Locker Room is responsive, it works with whatever is in front of you right now. The Total Leader Academy is a structured 18–24 month journey with a specific progression, that's built for people who want to develop their leadership systematically over time.
Neither is better. They're different, and the right one depends on where you are.

Ready when you are
You don’t have to keep figuring this out alone.
If regular, honest coaching is what you need right now then let’s have a conversation.
